I bought a aoc 18.5th inch led monitor on 31/10/18, i. E, just a month ago from jyoti international at chadni chowk kolkata. From the beginning only there was a black spot on the screen. The next day after returning from the college, when i opened my pc, the black spot had already been turned into scratches and vertical lines. I called the customer service and discussed the issue. But they said the panel has damaged and it is not covered under warranty and they said to say the issue to the dealer.
