[Resolved]  Apcpdcl — monthly electricity bill has been charged of Rs.378/- extra

Dear Sir, This is very regret to inform you that, my monthly electricity bill has been charged of Rs.378/- extra towards arrears instead of my consumable energy charges billed Rs. 651.95 vide my MONTHLY ELECTRICITY BILL NO. Sl no[protected], USC :[protected] dated 08.05.2014. Which is very surprisingly appeared of an additional charges stating that arrears between 31.03.2014. Whereas, there is no any arrear due from me. In this regard I am attaching herewith the said bill for your ready reference and necessary action Hence, please look into this matter and to adjust the above paid amount to my next bill. As well as kindly advise the concerned Electrical Engineer to check the same and generate the amount in the next bill.
