This is larsen Dmello Mumbai [protected] I got a call from Apex on 15th May 2014 from number [protected] named as Somya Kapoor & Joya Khan where they guaranteed me by just paying Rs 4050/- we will find a job for you in Canada. I repeatedly asked is this the only I have to pay or I have to pay more, where they replied this is the only amount u have to pay..So I paid a sum of Rs 4050/- on account number AXIX BANK ACCOUNT HOLDER NAME : apex india career services ACCOUNT N. [protected] Ifsc code : UTIB0001540 AMOUNT ; 4050 But After payment they started demanding more money about 7800/- which I denied ...So I requested them to refund my 1st paid money...After continuously following with them on phone Mr Aman assured me they will refund the money...But they are not doing so...They try to neglect my call by telling the person is not available, we are busy and all Its a humble request to you to lodge a complaint against this firm & refund my as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||

Thats good...Congrats for that...But here we are mentioning our problem...So its everyones individuals complain...And every1 are free to kip their points in Front of others...My moto is just to make aware other candidates aware of my problem...Apex lied me by telling dat 4k is the only amount you have to pay but later they started demanding more money which I denied...But I asked dem to refund my money which they are not doing...They are in this business for many years so they shud have told me before that you need to pay more money after getting admission I was not the 1st candidate getting admitted to apex means they were aware dat some other services they require more mOney but they cheated me by not telling this to me..Thats how they have done fraud with me...Iam happy dat many candidates have cancelled their admission in apex by reading my complaint...M happy atleast their money is saved
If Apex is not fraud then I request Apex to refund my money & people whoever have complained here..This 15August I will completing 3months after investing money in Apex so as per apex rule they are about refund my money after a duration of 3months if they didnt provide any service...

She named me as Riya Sharma and demanding money of 2050...means she is fraud...
Mr Rahul plz dnt pay anything to them ..They are fraud people...Instead invest money in ur local consultancy ...Where u can meet consultant in their own office n speak with them personally...rather than this fraud consultant who only calls u...Its from my personal experience .I also met one consultant in mumbai ...When I met them i was working with a payscale of 4.2Lac now this consultant from mumbai provided me with a job of 6lac payscale and that also in 10 days...So take help o[censored]r nearby consultant rather then such fraud consultant who assures you job on phone...All the best guys...Iam happy my small contribution saved many candidates from getting cheated...So think wise

this is a fraud business technology they use people who can communicate properly in english or in hindi so these guys who ever are calling you may be ladies or men they are all should be brought infront of justice need to be given the required punishment . its a fraud business trick why because they are just asking you 2050 rupees so in most cases people won't think abt 2050 rupees but they at that spot will think about siemens, hcl technologies the huge paycheck the air travel ticket and whole [censored]s that they wont be getting so they will pay this small amount and they make it work by having some 10 or 15 members like tellecallers who will be thr to make calls lets say for one day one will call 100 people so if they have 10 tellecallers its like 100 x10=1000 people from that lets say 500 people paid their money soo its 500x2050=10 lakh 25 thousand rupees (RS 1025000) just for a day from 500 people. thats why i said its a huge a HUUGE FRAUD THING GOVERNMENT OR AUTHORITIES MUST TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THIS
