Dear Sir /Madam I Mr. Nilesh Bhatia had purchased rotating tower fan in Jan 2017 From Azad Electricals, Vile Parle. Within 8 days it rotation stopped, I complained to your customer care and got it repaired and again with 2-3 days it stopped working (rotation). Till date I have complaint 4 – 5 times got the tower fan repaired from your engineers, but the problem has not been solved. Yesterday again within 12-15 days of repair the fan rotation has stopped and not working. I feel product is defective and is of not good standard. Also I am not happy with your service; your engineers come only after 8 – 10 days after complaint is lodged. I have to continuously follow-up to check when the engineer will be coming. May 18, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Every time I logged an complaint on there toll free No. 1800229950, they used to send an engineer after 8 - 10 days after repeated followups. The engineer would repair and the fan rotation would work for max 3 - 4 days and again stop rotating. The last time maximum it worked for about 15 days, and again automatically the rotation stooped working on 16th May. So I logged the complaint again on 17th May, complaint No. MUM1705170029.
I had spoken to there Manager on 9769196191, but they do not accept that there product is faulty and says will get it repaired.
I have emailed them yesterday (17/05/2017) that there product is faulty on [email protected] but I have not got any response from them.
I am fed up of repeated followup and the quality of the product.
My concern is how come a new tower fan is not working and repeated repairing. I am sure this piece is faulty.
