Big time- Scammers. They will promise anything just to get the money from clients and then just forget about them. Won't even answer your emails or calls. You will remain stuck and can forget about your money.

With reference to the above post, your review report was generated on 6/9/2018 mentioning the qualifying conditions for you to file the applications and subsequently you had retained our services on 22/9/2018 to filing your application for Canadian Permanent Residency Visa under Express Entry.
Paymemt to World Education Services(WES) was done on 28/12/2018 by you to get your Education Credential Assessment (ECA) done and you had shared your IELTS scorecard on 29/12/2018. The same day we informed you that your score 5.5 is not enough for you to score points to be eligible to file your application and requested you to reappear IELTS(GT) and update us once you have booked for the same.
On 2/2/2019, we tried reaching out to you to discuss your case and update you regarding the status of ECA with WES to be as "statement of marks not received” and requested you to update us once you have sent the sealed and stamped envelopes to WES. The same day you responded that since your IELTS scores cannot be accepted, you would not be proceeding ahead. Subsequently over the year, until 19/2/2020, we have been requesting you to reappear for IELTS and get the required scores (as mentioned in your review report) after thorough preparation in order for you to be eligible to file your application.
Taking the above into consideration, we also tried to get in touch with you on your number ending with 0651 and sent you multiple emails to discuss your case and come up with an amicable solution. But you responded by stating you don't want to talk with us anymore. We also had informed you that your request for refund will be reviewed under the conditions mentioned in the email dated 18/3/2020.
Hence, as per the email sent to you on 19/3/2020, kindly provide a convenient time for a call back to be arranged so that we can resolve this amicably.
