Apex Visas Immigration & Career Consultancy — They have promised a Canadian visa in 2 years time, which has not happened even though we have provided all the documents.

Apex Visas has taken nearly 1.5 lakhs towards the Canadian visa and promised that they would file the visa. But they did not file it within the validity period even once also.
When I have asked them to refund the amount they are not responding at all.
Kindly help me in getting the amount refunded.

Big time- Scammers. They will promise anything just to get the money from clients and then just forget about them. Won't even answer your emails or calls. You will remain stuck and can forget about your money.
