Not satisfied with their services. Dedicated case manager never sends any update on your profile, never follow-up, never respond to your queries. My Canada PR application has not yet submitted despite numerous follow-ups with apex team. Sana (from feedback team) commits overtime however never responds appropriately to your queries or concerns. Getting realised now that apex is unprofessional or fraud and just want money by making fake commitments to the prospective applicant. Now that I have requested multiple times for refund more then 2 months back, however NO RESPONSE AS ALWAYS. Please don't hire them as your immigration consultant, especially Delhi office. Big time- Scammers. They will promise anything just to get the money from clients and then just forget about them. Won't even answer your emails or calls. You will remain stuck and can forget about your money.
