Apollo Clinic — Getting a Booking to show reports as suggested by Dr Aseem Chatterjee at the Salt Lake Clinic

The patient is a 79 year patient who is physically intihibited. Doctor had suggested certain tests to be conducted. The tests were completed on 11.07.2022.
Called clinic to book a time slot to show the reports. Was told by customer care that they cannot help and I need to either WhatsApp or call the number on the prescription seeking appointment for booking time.
I called the number on the prescription which remained unanswered mentioning subscriber not available. I then sent the prescription issued by doctor over WhatsApp requesting for an appointment as mentioned in the prescription. The same was read but remained unanswered. I again sent a reminder on 12.07.2022. The same also remained unanswered.
I then called at 7 am the scheduled time to book an appointment with Dr Aseem Chaterjee. Three calls got connected after at least 100 attempts over telephone. Two calls remained unanswered and was automatically cut off. The third call reached the customer care personnel and was told that all slots for today as well as 14th July are full and no booking can be given. During the call and after showing my frustration the customer care personal disconnected in the middle of the conversation.
I then call the mobile number on the prescription ant this time I reached the person to be told the similar thing as mentioned above. I again showed my frustration to be told that I will have to come to the clinic after 12.30 pm in the afternoon and if doctor has time will have a look at the report. What is the amount of time I have to wait was not assured. Nor was it guaranteed that the doctor would see the report.
I don’t live in the country and such terrible customer service that to for a super senior citizen who is ill. This is beyond my comprehension that the customer care treats patients like street dogs.
Request an immediate resolution failing which I will need to take up matter with appropriate authority seeking resolution.
