Three payments were done in succession since gpay transaction failure was reported by apollo cradle Karapakkam receptionist.
On follow up it was found that the transactions were actually successful and chargeback could not be raised from HSBC since the receiver(apollo cradle karapakkam receptionist) is not sharing the failed transaction details.
On the other hand, HSBC has informed us that the transaction was successful and the money had been debited. If any refund has to be claimed, it is the merchant(Apollo cradle) which has to do it.
GPay acting as middleman is unable to do anything in this case.
