Apollo Tyres — Faulty Tyres

Dear Apollo, I bought a set of Tyres 145/80R12 on 28/04/2015 from your dealer Shakti Tyres Resole, Shop No 116/R, Tikona Park, N.I.T, Faridabad -121001( Mr Amit (owner)Mobile No [protected] shop phone No[protected] After a month i found a piece of rubber came of from the side of the Tyre causing a small role .This concerned me as to the safety of your product. On asking the dealer to replace the Tyre he instead of referring the defect to the company turned the Tyre inside so that the missing piece was not visible from outside. The dealer informed me that if i sent this Tyre to the company it would be replaced but i would have to pay 60% of the cost . I really don't understand if this is a form of grievance readdressal .
