Apollo Tyres — Rejection of my tyre bubble problem

Dear sir,
I purchased Baleno zeta from dhanbad Jharkhand. While travelling locally front driver side tyre started deflating in middle of journey, then I stopped at a puncture shop to check the cause then it was observed that there was bubble in tyre. Because of which it couldn't be rectify. Then for remaining journey I had to replace this defective tyre by Stepney.

After inspection at nexa service centre, I submitted tyre to apollo authorized dealer at Giridih along with service centre's forwarding letter . After few days I got message saying there is no workmanship defect in tyre.

As far as I belive it is 100 % due to manufacturing defect.

While trying to call the person who checked it, he is replying that it happened due to external impact.
I am 100% sure that there have not been any external impact.

Please consider to re check and as I said it is due to manufacturing defect hence change it.

Updated by anup_ray As apollo personal called but denied considering it under warranty.

They are giving absurd reasons for not considering .

Some of the reasons are as follows:-
1) Tyre might have got heart from stone, hence bubble came.

My reply is that warranty for using tr ye for 5 years not keeping it in store room.

2) They said that since you tried to arrest puncture hence then can't consider it.

My reply is If some body is in emergency situations anyone firstly will try to arrest puncture. Since in this case due to deteriorated condition of tr ye puncture didn't hold. Hence fault is with trye not with anything else.

Problem is that you are not ready to understand that even if some one tried to arrest puncture then tyre should not have got in this condition. Tyre got in this condition because of it's manufacturing defect.

Once again requesting to consider it.
