I purchased a online nokia 8.1 phone thru amazon website on 22.02.2019 & received philips headset model# she1505bk/94 as accessories. Now provided headset is not working properly, i still have warranty so i went to nearby nokia care and the representative told that, we cannot take back this headset since they have never seen a phillips headset provided for nokia phone. I did buy jbl flip 4 speaker amazon.in but Issue is battery was out of order n I want to service center they are saying bring new bill not amazon bill(was faded after some time)bcz they using not proper ink or paper.wdf
