Don't buy Apple products from amazon...

Service center has damaged my Macbook and is refusing to repair and the MacBook is having issues for 3 years...

Have been facing issues with the phone since the day I purchased it and Apple Store re-installed the software in the 1st week. But today, after 2 months, at 1.30-2am, the phone got completely frozen and started flickering, with the touchscreen absolutely not working.

Apple wants to open my open and check but I don't want to open my phone, then it is no more a new phone.
