My mobile phone samsung J7 IMEI No. [protected] got snatched on 11/11/2016.for that i have made all the essential formality for claiming.I registered claim intimation at apps daily on 14/11/216.then i submitted all the required documents with amount of Rs.3373 at apps daily office having address as 29, 2nd floor veer sawarkar Block, shakarpur delhi on 25 nov 2016.my claim intimation id is ATN_14116_[protected].In the acknowlege slip apps daily has promised that the handset will be delievered with in 21 working days.but till date no response has come.i also tried to contact apps daily but there also no response...so you are requested to help me.
