Appsdaily — Problem in getting the refund of Phone from Appsdaily | |||||
My Samsung Galaxy Note 5 was damaged on 27.10.16 due to an Accident. It was a Non-Repairable damage as tell to me by the Samsung care. After, that I have registered a complained to Apps daily on phone no [protected] after long try with many complications, complain no AD_D_291016_[protected]. I have been completed all usual formalities & sent all required documents (like original documents of the phone, ID proof, address proof, Cancel Chaque etc. along with Handset. Apps daily agreed on and Approved claim on Dated 05.12.2016 for giving me a refund amount of RS 30776 (invoice amount is 58900). I have sent my damaged phone and all other documents by courier. I am waiting for this more than 2 months. If I ask the customer service they telling the same reply every time that "With reference to your below the request, we wish to inform you that your case has been processed by us and is with the insurance company for finalization.We will intimate you as soon as we receive the further update from the insurance company with respect to your case."
