Dear team: Reg: adn_040816 _[protected] Details: i (customer) has met with an accident and mobile set damaged and i have called up customer care and informed and as per the instructions, i have handed over at apps-daily-authorized samsung center, at kukatpally-hyderabad. I have paid the 10% amount of around 700/- to the person-incharge. I have recieved the message also saying that my device is under repair and it will be delivered in 15 days. After 20 days, i receive an email saying the claim is not done. This kind of response is not-acceptable for the customer. I have clearly intimated about the accident and given all the details to customer care and all was done and suddenly i get this email is not acceptable. When i have given the mobile-handset, to the authorized-apps daily person, he has not-mentioned anything as it is an accident, what part is lost we are not aware. I have paid the insurance amount. I request you to please check and help me for the full-claim settlement and do the needful. Pl consider the request and do the needful.
