Sir I booked the ticket from apsrtc online on 28/09/15 from Vijayawada to Pulivendula. The amount of ticket is deducted from my account but i didn't get the ticket. I cross checked the booking service, it has sent mail that amt deducted from my account with Merchant Reference Number : [protected] and EBS Payment ID : 42810625. So please verify it and refund the amount as soon as possible.
