Apsrtc — Bus was not stopped at bus stop

Hi, I am one of the commute of APSRTC from peddapuram to kakinada. Today on 10th jan, 2015 bus driver has not stopped the bus at Maharani college, Peddapuram. The bus no is AP 11Z 2564 from Kakinada to Eleswaram, and depot name is Eleswaram. That bus is not full, so many seats are there and we have two members stopped that bus. This causes bus driver's irresponsible way. Please take an action. I will look forward for your reply.
