Apsrtc — Change was not giving in Ticket Counter @ Srikakulam Bus Depot

The travelling charge for a deluxe bus from Srikakulam to Visakhapatnam is 107 Rs/-. When we are giving 110 Rs/- they are not returning the change. If we are asking for the change they are asking to wait for a long time till the bus started. Even though bus started they are not providing the change, as the bus is not waiting for us we are just leaving the counter. This is the problem facing for every one. Why can't the APSRTC make it as a round figure amount or why they are not unable to provide the change to every customer. If we are ignoring 3rs/- per head then daily approx.. more than 1000+ people are travelling in these buses then assume that how much the counter person is earning than their salary. Please consider this as a issue and take necessary action.
