APSRTC-EBS payment — Money deducted,ticket not booked | |||
Dear sir/madam, While booking ticket on APSRTC website on 5th December from Nellore to Anantapur for journey on 6th december, amount of Rs.373 had been deducted but the ticket was not booked.I got a mail from EBS payment that the transaction has not been completed.I mailed many times to the EBS to see that the amount be refunded soon.But the issue has not been resolved till now.Please see that amount will be refunded soon to my account. The details are Merchant Reference number-[protected] EBS payment ID[protected] Amount-373.00 INR Customer Name-Manasa Tanguturu [protected]@gmail.com Transaction on SBI account(debit card).Payment gateway is EBS.
