Apsrtc — Gave wrong information | |||
My ticket no is 41024809. The person who gave me ticket told that the bus will start at 5:45 PM in Kakinada and it will come to Sarpavaram junction at 6 PM. I came to Sarpavaram Junction at 5: 55 PM and waiting for the bus but the hasn't come till 6: 10. I approached to the Ticket counter stating the same, the employee in the ticket counter told to wait for another 5 to 10 mins. Bus came at 6: 20 PM but this is not 5: 45 PM bus, the bus which came now is 6: 15 PM bus. So the employee who sitting in the ticket counter itself doens't know which bus has come and went. The actual scenario is 5: 45 PM bus has left at 5: 50 PM which I missed and it is not my fault because I mentioned the reason above. Two guys who are sitting inside Ticket counter didnt helped me at all. 6: 20 PM bus has 2 seats available but didnt allowed me to sit in that. I've called to enquiry they didnt pic the call. Initially, the employee argued with me a lot and latter he told that he is not the employee just came and sat here, the actual employee went out, his name is Chinni and he will come in few minutes. A lot happend at that time but I cannot mention u everything. What bloody is this... I was really frustrated... I am helpless... I need an explanation on this... Please take care neccessary action... If pos call me on my number Ill explain u clearly... But Please do something to the person who gave me wrong info while buying ticket from him in the afternoon...
