Apsrtc — lady conductor behaving rudely

Today while travelling from Ecil to kondapur service no.147 starts at 4.20 from 2 days lady conductor is behaving rudely to passenger asking them to get down from if they donot have enough change and using vulgar language yesterday she abused one passenger and today also she is using inappropriate words .kindly take action.
