I have booked two ticket from vizag to vijayawada on 5th october for journey on 7th october.the ticket has not been booked but money has been taken .money has not been returned since 2 weeks.payment id is 60819971.so please take into consideration and return the money.I have booked ticket with the number [protected].it has been two weeks but still money has not been returned
