Apsrtc — my ticket not booked but my money deducted from my account

Dear sir/madam This is arun to day iam book a ticket from khammam to hyderabad but the which i selected seat is avialable and my money was deducted from my account then i suppose to think call to the helpline center num, [protected] at the helpline center they r not help us they cut my call three times that person name is shiva they said my money will come 12 working days and they are help less my compliant num is 97965961, and they are not rudy to said their employee id when i said i will go to consumer foroum they said where ever u want to go we are help less. please kindly help me and teach lesson to these people. please hlep me because i dont have money to book other ticket for that i need your support please sir/madam respond as soon as possible Thanking you P.Arunkumar [protected]
