Apsrtc — NO refund (refund fail)

i booked a ticket no.34329286 last october, the service 6156 was cancelled on thet day i was informed that i would get refund amount of Rs467/-. but when i checked my account there was no refund.i asked both rtc and bank, but nobodu responded right. the bak was sbh idupulaya branch kadapa district andhra pradesh. account no.
