I booked 1 ticket from Hyderabad to Srisailam on[protected], I got a message that "APSRTC regret to inform you that transaction in OPRS is failed at payment gateway. Ref. No.: [protected] Amount: 251.00 Bank Ref. Nol.: 42171291 Status: Authorized The amount shall be refunded to your account or card in 1-14 working days." But till today (i.e.[protected] i haven't received my refund money to my bank a/c. Was this information helpful? | |||||
