Apsrtc — selling tickets in black

Dear Team, I am highly dissatisfied with the service because of the behaviour of the staff in the bus. My concern is about the following 1. Confectioneries were sold for higher rate in the bus 2. Bus was late and was stopped at one parlour in the night at 10 pm for dinner who served non edible condition food for higher rate, drivers were taken into some air conditioned room for a special treatment by the hotel staff 3. Driving was very rash not at all professional, I felt driver was drunk 4. In vijayawada, after filling the reserved seats, rest remaining seats were sold for higher price in black. I really felt so discomfort about strangers boarding bus, what if my belongings were stolen and who is responsible for them?
