Apsrtc — TSRTC team is not maintaning vechile properly | |||
Dear RTC management, This is to inform you that i have travelled from HYDERABAD to KOTHAGUDEM to HYDERABAD dated 21/02/2015 and 22/02/2015 wide service numbers 8922/8879. In service number 8922 we found BEDBUCKS insects all passengers are in shock because everyone got iching. continuously.. even we complaints to driver, NO USE. After reaching KHAMMAM, we found station master sleeping. We requested to give a complaint form but the person who is sitting in enquiry court he refused to give the form, same situation we found in KOTHAGUDEM also.. And in 8879 service numbers bus window doors are open condition. just imagine 20 c to 16c temperature is out side. Almost 10 to 15 members not slept in bus. if you run like this automatically all the passengers will shift to PRIVATE service for better comfort.
