This is regarding our travel experience with one of the Bodhan depot bus from route Hyderabad to Bhodhan on 20th December 2014 4pm on bus number AP29Z878. (One man service)
The driver put the bus on platform and waited for the bus to fill with passengers for 15min and the bus was full bby 3:40pm.
Once the bus was full, we went to ask for ticket, he said he wanted to leave for lunch for10 min. All passengers patiently waited for it.
Once he was done in 15 min, he came back to sort out his personal luggage for 10min.
Once again, passengers approached him for tickets for which he saod he wanted to go have a tea. Passengers grew impatient and agitated as he left for tea as 40min were wasted sitting in the already full bus.
After a total 45min of wasting passengers time, the driver moved the bus from platform and parked it aside to start giving tickets for 15min.
He denied to give his name as more than half the passengers with small kids argued with the time wastage.
We hope that such irresponsibility of the driver wouldn't go un-noticed and unpunished for wasting the precious time of the customer.
We all travel to reach our destination with a purpose and on time.
