Dear Sir/Madam,
(PLEASE FIND THE ATTACHED FILE OF MY TICKET, SO THAT YOU WILL TRACK WHO IS THE DRIVER & CONDUCTOR AT THAT TIME IN THE BUS).
As i C.Srikanth rao [protected] yesterday i returned from the Yadagiri Gutta and before stepin the bus(YADAGIRIGUTTA TO NARAYANAKED) i (requested)asked conductor & driver that you will stop at gangaram. They said ok. later when iam reaching to my destination and i asked conductor to stop, he said go and ask driver to stop and i also requested to the driver. Please stop but he refused and said i will not stop, later i asked sir please stop then he said you have to ask again and again then only i will stop.
Sir my request is that just train the drivers & condutors how to talk politely with the passengers, because now-a-days there are many private transports are occupying APSRTC passengers(BY GIVING THE SERVICE EXCELLENT).
Train & TELL the service staff that they are getting the montly salary by passengers only, if they behave daily like these with five to six passengers (IN EACH BUS) automatically, who suffered like these next time they will GO WITH PRIVATE TRANSPORT ONLY.
So, please i am requesting train the staff.
