I had taken insurance for rs. 8830 valid for 2 years but everytime i request for service no service guy turns up, i have been following up with the aquacare for past 2 weeks now but my request is not acknowledged.
I just get assurance that a service guy will be attending everyday i call but then i never get a call for same.
This issue is happening for over an year from the time i took insurance.
Can anybody pls assist how do i get prompt response on every service request and also since my request is not acknowledged how do i get monetary compensation for their irresponsible behaviour. Was this information helpful? |
