They are just frauds do not believe in them...

This is fraud, even after several reminder they didn't send any person to change the filter.
when we called aquaguard then they informed this is fraud company and they take charges for AMC and no one come for the service.

When we requested for refund, they are not responding.

This kind of fraud you can't do it. there is no reply from the team.
when we call they disconnect.

All complaints below registered for service and filter replacement, is true to my experience too, .
AMC period 3 yrs
No service ever provided, 1 year got filter replaced after continuous follow up.
Later no response even for annual filter replacement.
Not attending calls,
Spoke rudely once when requested for service.

Is this an official site to register the complaint against this company...

Water out let not working l...

I have paid a 2yr AMC to this company and they don't register complaints and act on them at all.

Have been following up on repair of the water purifier that has been installed and they just dont attend....

I had taken insurance for rs. 8830 valid for 2 years but everytime i request for service no service guy turns up, i have been following up with the aquacare for past 2 weeks now but my request is not acknowledged.
I just get assurance that a service guy will be attending everyday i call but then i never get a call for same.
This issue is happening for over an year from the time i took insurance.
Can anybody pls assist...

I hav done amc of 3year to my water purifier, from past a month the water. Purifier is nt working, i hav been requesting fr the service, bt the r nt reacting...

The service was not provided after continuous 1 week of requesting and then there are executives named SHAILAJA and SURYA, who were not ready to cooperate. This guy named SURYA used filty language verbally abused and told he will not provide any service. Even used phrases like " if you are a woman and talk, imagine i being man what I can do", and even worse....

This water purifier service company is totally fraud, they sold me a amc for 3 years in name they being a subsidiary of erukaforbes. Having eurekaforbes forged id cards. I am been struggling to get their service since years. Every time i call they say they are arranging for a technician. No one turned up yet. No supervisors and managers are they to attend the concern. The customer care ppl are like illiterate bunch of #. They just desperately...

Soon after i purchased my water filter in august 2017, a company calling itself as aquaguard called me (Exactly after 1 year) saying its due for a service. Since it was exactly after a year, didn't even suspect them.

The service guy came with a uniform having aquacare and looked very genuine. They convinced me to take a 3 year contract (Which is usual with aquaguard) and i eventually paid 5530/- for 3 years. Later, i realised...

This is fraud company. They have spoiled my water purifier, which was in working condition. First the customer care people will be behind you like anything for doing servicing. They sent inexperienced people, who will spoil the purifier and run away taking money. I am going to go legal against this fraud company. Now the customer care is not taking the call too....

This company is a super fraud. They provide insurance for water purify saying eureka, after buying the insurance they give receipt of original company aqua care.
The products they fix are duplicate and doesn't last long.
Filters they use are duplicate...
Even after calling for last 5days no one repaired my under warranty aquaguard. Don't be fooled by them....

I called Aquaguard customer care to buy AMC and after a while I got a call back saying if you enquired about AMC and all details were correct as if this company tapped my phone call which I made to Eureka Forbes. Then the technician came and he checked the Aquaguard and said these filters need to be replaced and its covered in AMC. I asked him to ahead. This company is a big fraud. They provide insurance for water purify (Amc). I took a 2 year amc for aquaguard water purifier. The filters provided by them are not original aquaguard but some sub-standard quality ones. Within 3 months the filter started leaking water. After calling the customer care (Multiple times) for 4 days all i got is false promises. Worst part, when i asked for termination of my amc, the only response is "our senior"...
