Aquad Yamaha — Didn't get car registration no & license however i have paid everything

I purchased 1 blue colour yamaha fascino scooter on 26/06/16 from yamaha showroom which is located near pobortok jute mill. At that time they committed to give me all documents within 15 days. But still we didn't get registration no & licence. So i can't able to use it. I request you to take action against this complain else i have to go to consumer forum. I hope you will do the needful asap. Your co-operation & early action will be highly appreciated.
