I am extremely frustrated with my experience with this franchise. When I initially purchased the bike, I couldn't use it for nearly three months because I didn't receive the number plate on time.
Then, regarding servicing, when I brought my bike in for the first service, I requested a leg guard. They informed me that they didn't have one available and would let me know when it arrived. Now, after three services and almost a year, they still haven't obtained the leg guard. I had to purchase it separately and install it myself.
Now, with over 7000 km on my bike, I needed to replace both brakes because they were completely worn out. To my surprise, they only had one brake available. It's baffling that they don't seem to have essential parts for the bike.
After fixing the front brake, I noticed on my way home that my horn wasn't working, and the front brake was occasionally getting stuck, which was quite frightening because I had no rear brakes, and having the front brake jam was a safety concern.
Now, when I came in for the 10, 000 km servicing, I tried to schedule an appointment through their landline, but the landline wasn't working. I then called the number they provided, which was also switched off. I had no choice but to visit the service center in person. Initially, they told me to book an appointment before coming. Then, they suggested I could book a slot there, but the earliest available appointment was in 10 days. I insisted on needing it within 2 days because I have daily work commitments.
Throughout this process, they showed no responsibility for the inconvenience caused to the customer, who had to take time off work and postpone important tasks to visit the service center. This experience has been incredibly disappointing.
