This complaint is regarding the exchange or repair of the purifier but when ever we call they will tell we will send our technician but they never come, I even called to their office, they will give the another number and tell to call to that number but that stupid guy wont even come .
I am calling daily but they tell same thing every time telling they will send today the technician but they never send . please take this complaint serious because they take money and wont provide the service.
