ION Exancense is a Fraud company, first of all they pretended to be eureka forbes and renewed my AMC, i got to know about them after receiving the receipt of the AMC renewal. after 3 moths o[censored]sage of the filters the purifier started blinking with red light since than I have been trying to reach them from past 1 month, registered multiple complaints but all that i hear is a technician would reach out to me today.

after a month...

I took the AMC for 8530 on 31st July 2021, and so far no representative have reached out for servicing and none of the numbers provided are working. No body is picking these numbers.

Any help or suggestions are welcome to take legal actions against these fraudsters - this is the second time I loosing the money on filter maintenance from...

Last two day's done service and replaced spare items, but not given tax bill, when i asked bill it will be come your register mobile....

I raised a complaint with Eureka Forbes and received a call from them that they can come and resolve the issue and renew my AMC.
So the came and renewed my AMC on 2nd Sep, 2021 by taking 8500 rs for 2 year AMC.
Now I am not getting any response or service from them even after multiple calls.

I took AMC for aquacare water purifier 5 years service from ION exacense
on 29.04.2018 to 29.04.2023. since. The service is very very poor out of three years they sent only twice. It is very fraud company.
Please take action and try to refund my amount....

I have taken Dr. Aquaguard UV AMC on 7th March 2021. After the First free service on 29th Sept 2021, the device started leaking, I called back the technician and he stopped picking up my calls, I complained on helpline and on thursday, 30th Sept, two other technicians visited after about 15 calls to helpline but they are not able to resolve the issue. Very inexperienced technicians. After that from last three days, many calls to helpline...

Have taken a AMC for 2 years and periodic free services. No one came for -periodic service till date. I had raised a complaint on 17-Sep-21 and till date no one visited. WORST Customer service...

I took amc for 2 years, after 2 weeks machine stopped working. I called customer care number toll free number, they promise service representative will visit on the same. It's been almost 5 days so far no service representative turned up to resolve the issue, i tried calling toll free number more than 20 times, some time they disconnect my call and some time they tell technicians are busy will attend soon, some time they tell will attend...

This is a fraud company. They called me regarding water purifier service and came for the same. Upon inspection, the technician said that I have to replace the filter and charged Rs 3000 (Rs 2650 for the new filter and Rs 350 for servicing). The technician was terrible and did not do any service, just replaced the filter and poured the old water out of the purifier (no service done). The purifier stopped working immediately after he serviced...

I had availed 2 years AMC for my water purifier, which was about to expire on 17/03/2019. ION Exacense is not ready to provide service and forcing me to extend AMC for next 2 years by paying Rs. 8200/-
15/03/2019 – I called up service team and requested for last pending service under existing AMC.
Technician was assigned and he comes late in the evening...

This complaint is regarding the exchange or repair of the purifier but when ever we call they will tell we will send our technician but they never come, I even called to their office, they will give the another number and tell to call to that number but that stupid guy wont even come .
I am calling daily but they tell same thing every time telling they will send today the technician but they never send . please take this complaint...

I bought aquacare insurance amc for 3 years for my aquaguard uv water purifier in june 2015 at bangalore from the field personnel of aquaguard and ion exacense pvt ltd, who had visited home.Insurance card no.
