This is a fraud company. They called me regarding water purifier service and came for the same. Upon inspection, the technician said that I have to replace the filter and charged Rs 3000 (Rs 2650 for the new filter and Rs 350 for servicing). The technician was terrible and did not do any service, just replaced the filter and poured the old water out of the purifier (no service done). The purifier stopped working immediately after he serviced - he said it will take sometime for the water to start filling and he went off. It took 2.5 hours to fill 7 lts of water into the purifier, which generally used to take me just 15 mins. I am following up with the same technician and the number [protected] (from which I got the call initially) since last 2 days and they are just giving me false promise that a technician will come and fix the issue. Cheaters, fraud company. I am not able to use the purifier anymore. Such a disgusting experience. I dont know when they will send someone. My complaint ID is: 118092 and customer ID is 46054.
