I took amc for 2 years, after 2 weeks machine stopped working. I called customer care number toll free number, they promise service representative will visit on the same. It's been almost 5 days so far no service representative turned up to resolve the issue, i tried calling toll free number more than 20 times, some time they disconnect my call and some time they tell technicians are busy will attend soon, some time they tell will attend today.
