We have received a call from their side on 18.03.2015 with huge discount of various products like cell pones, laptop etc etc...We finally bought 1 cell phone worth Rs 13999 from their site with this they offered us number of gifts and also redeem points of Rs. 3000.00
When we place the order second day they again call us and told us that our redeem points will not be available after 24 hours of shopping and we again did purchase of Rs 3999+3000 redeem points and till date we haven't receive any shipping detail from their side as well as they are not picking their phone which they have updated on their website i.e.[protected], We have waited for more then 10 days but they keep sending us mails about delay of shipment but not responding on phone even we have requested for refund through their website but finding no results.
We have sent them may mails regarding shipping details but they are fail to provide us details of shipment, So finally we are raising complaint against them through this portal. Please guide us and help us in this matter.
