ar shopee is a frud company my order no... is1095 designer combo pack and1099 gents men combo pack .they sent me only designer combo pack and they earned from me rs14000 and they sent me only 8999 nxt 4999 they not sent to me plzzzzz help me

I am Harish my Order ID: 2374 . As (Arshopee) promised me for EMI is not been processed (after 24 hr), no information regarding product dispatch, improper and slow reply, fake promises. I am totally upset and don't have any belief on Arshopee because I purchased the product on[protected] still now no reply from their side even though I called their is no proper reply. I like to file a complaint can any one help me
