My name is Tuk Smanthap and I am from Thailand. This is my first time using a courier service in India, and I sent a parcel from Shillong to Chennai on the date 4/9/14. bar code for the shipper's copy:[protected] I was promised that the parcel will be delivered at late on the 10/9/14 but it has not been delivered yet, I personally went to the courier station and they said on the 12/9/14 that a staff would contact me in the morning and no one contacted me yet. As a foreigner I am highly disappointed but more over I am worried about the package.
