Aramex Couriers — KYC documents invalid at customs

Address:Flat S2, 3rd floor, Idealnest apartments, 4th cross, bhoopasandra, Bangalore 560094

Have ordered Vizio TV from USA, Have provided my PAN Card details for KYC still it got rejected in customs in Indore India… I have not received any link to upload any other KYC documents, need immediate action on this
