Aramex Couriers — Nike order stuck at customs due to address mismatch

Hi sir i have ordered shoes from nike my tracking id is [protected] and my order stuck in customs because i had given my college hostel address on nike app which do not match exactly with the address on id proof so i am receiving sms and mails from aramex to submit kyc documents. The proof that I have hives consists of my college id, which states my college, Indian Institute of Management Calcutta but in my address it’s written IIM Calcutta, the hostel proof is my hostel mess fee, which just has my hostel name at the top. Please help me in solving this problem i will be very thankful to you .
