Aramex Couriers — Undelivered package - as well as not providing accurate status | |||||
I ordered merchandise from online retailer in Chennai. The merchandise was address to a receiver in Chennai. The retailer handed the package to Aramex courier on 10/31. Aramex have not delivered the package to the receiver as of 11/4/2015 Midnight. I have called Aramex customer service asking for the reason why the package have not delivered. Customer service representative at the call center does not provide any information other than the package is at a facility and we will investigate why it has not been delivered. Customer service representative at the call center tell me the package is untraceable beyond that.This is a valuable package and time sensitive to be delivered to the receiver. Aramex customer support manager or any one of authority refuses to speak with me to resolve this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||||
