Aramex — Not giving VAT paid bill and damaged items on delivered goods

We had telephonic as well as email conversations regarding the service. ARAMEX agreed to provide service and VAT paid bill. But surprisingly after payment is made and households are shipped aramex deferred to pay tax paid bill. The payment is made through NEFT. All dealing are done with Mr Shashi shukla at aramex. Also most of my items are received in damaged conditions worth Rs 20, 000/-. I have informed aramex regarding this but there is no response and they are also not ready to send tax paid bill for the services. Resolution expected: 1. VAT paid bill 2.
