Archeological Survey Of India — I didn't get any refund on taking ticket to visit Tajmahal.

I have taken ticket to tajmahal on 30 th December 2022 . I have paid( 225 rps ) twice for the ticket. My first ticket was failed but money has been debited from my account. I am sharing my payment details below. Please consider my refund.
