Please note that, I received the ticket later. When the monument had already been closed. Even after typing my transcation number, the ticket showed as not generated and only later did i receive it on my mail. My amount was debited from my account. I am attaching the screenshot for your reference.
Requesting you to kindly refund the amount as soon as possible. You can also check with the Ram Bagh monument...

I had a transaction of Rs.105 (for 3 people) to Archeological survey of India on 11/06/2023 to visit Red Fort in Delhi.

However, my money got deducted from my account, but tickets were not generating, so that we were not allowed to enter. It was saying that the refund will be done in 5-7 days. And it is not happening, i was waiting for the whole week. So please refund the amount...
