I Chandana, have placed an order on 26th april for a book for which the money is already paid and i have also received the invoice.but there is no response from the company..they are not replying to the email sent to them...the customer care is service is very bad..they dont understand what i speak..and they dont respond to my questions ...it is clearly mentioned in the online shopping wesite..www.arihantbooks.com...that the product will be delivered within 4 to 5 days..the head office is not responding to my calls..as the cet exam is approaching..it will be a problem if will not receive the product within 2 days..i enclose the details of the product. kindly help me out with this problem at the fastest odred id:A205101 AMOUNT PAID:310
