Dear sir/mam
I purchase a new invertor or battery of company arise on 12-05-15. As company promise me that they providing 18 months warranty of battery but now when i started noticing problem in my battery i complaint there engineer visit and told me that battery needs replacement. Then after some days i receive a call that arise issue a new battery which i have to receive from the same dealer (aggarwal store) when i visit the dealer shop the dealer provide me a repaired battery of luminous brand by saying that company issue that battery for me but when i contacted customer care then they again told me that no they provide the original arise battery.
I complaint regarding this to there HOD Mr. Virender ([protected]) so he told that i have to use luminous battery as the company has no stock of parts of my battery if i contact customer care they disconnect my call by saying contact dealer we cant hep you.
Kindly please take a strict against this fraud company.
