[Resolved] Arjun — Hostile and biased attitude of prashanth at snacks counter at pvr cinemas in koramangala, bangalore | |||
I had a bad experience with staff at pvr, kormangala, bangalore. I booked in advance snacks (Popcorn and pepsi) online along with movie tickets (Audi-4) for 8:30 pm show on 7th may 2017. During interval my wife went along with my kid to collect the same. Prashanth the person at the counter advised us to go to another counter at audi-2 saying that pepsi was not available with him. We went to audi-2 to collect the same. It was all okay at audi-2 counter. On the way back i saw customers collecting pepsi from audi-4. I asked prashanth as to why he redirected us when pepsi was available here. To this he replied that it was not good pepsi at audi-4 counter. If it was not good why was he selling it? If he had to serve pepsi anyway what was the need to redirect us? Prashanth probably wanted to treat online/advance booking customers cheaply or that he has got some mental problem. It has been 4 days since i wrote to pvr ([protected]@pvrcinemas.com) from my designated e-mail id and there is no resolution till date. Someone, who is conscious of their image would have responded and resolved without any delay. Pvr definitely has a different way of looking at concerns/complaints since pvr is least bothered about customer concerns/complaints. Regrets, Arjun Was this information helpful? | |||
